Our East Atlanta residence is home to residents in 176 apartments, all of which are subsidized.
Located in Athens, Lanier Gardens serves residents in 150 apartments, all of which are subsidized.
Our largest facility is in Augusta, serving 249 residents in independent apartments, and 17 personal care apartments, all of which are subsidized.
This Athens facility serves residents in 56 independent living apartments plus 24 personal care apartments.
This Blairsville retirement community has 60 owner-occupied cottage units.
Located in Coweta County, this complex includes 87 independent living apartments, 45 personal care apartments and 23 skilled nursing beds.
Our original residence has 182 independent living units plus 19 personal care apartments, with all apartments being subsidized.
